Our Policies

Withdraw Policies 

  • If parents/guardians wish to withdraw their child or children from the Centre, Creative Munchkins Childcare requires a parent/guardian to provide one month’s written notice of termination on the first of the month. If we don’t receive one full month’s notice, the parent will be charged a fee equivalent to one month’s childcare fee.
  • If they wish to go on a vacation for a period without payment, child admission will be automatically withdrawn.
  • After withdrawal, if parents/guardians wish to re-enroll their child/children, they must follow the application process again.
  • Continuous late pick-ups of your child from the center and late monthly fee payments of required fees may result in termination of services.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw our services without notice if fees are not paid, policies are not being respected, the Parent/Caregiver agreement is breached, or any parent/guardian behaves in an abusive manner.

Late Pick-up Policy

  • Creative Munchkins Childcare Centre closes promptly at 6:00 p.m. If a child is picked up past 6:00 p.m. you will be charged $1.00 per minute, per child, to be paid directly to the caregiver who stays after closing times with your child. If the daycare staff is unable to reach either parent or alternate emergency contact person by 6:30 pm, the staff will phone the Director and the director will take the necessary steps as per centre’s late pick up policy. Continuous late pick-ups can result in dismissal

Saturday-Sunday: Closed
Stat Holidays: Closed
